How do I access my unit, and are there limited hours?
Our facility has an electronic gate system, which can only be opened using a PIN assigned to each individual tenant. This code allows us to monitor who enters and exits the facility. Our tenants are offered 24-hour access to their stored belongings.
Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
You may purchase a lock from our office during normal business hours or you may bring your own. Each tenant is responsible to have a lock prior to storing items in his or her unit.
What are the lease and payment terms?
We offer month-to-month leases. Your payment is due in full at the time of move in and on the anniversary date each month after for as long as you occupy the space. We accept cash, checks/money orders, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we do charge a security deposit on each unit. The deposit is refunded to you after you've vacated, providing the unit is empty and no damage is found. The security deposit is always issued in the form of a check.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Use our online payment option for a quick, easy way to pay your bill now. We also offer an Automatic Payment option. Please contact our office for details.
Can I buy boxes and other packing supplies?
Yes. We have a variety of boxes, including wardrobe boxes, along with an assortment of furniture covers and locks for sale at our office. Learn more about the supplies we offer.
